So, tommorrow I'm going over to a friend house to cook. and I said I had all these recipes but I lost the book and now I have a few hours and the internet to help me find reliable recipes.

It can be pretty much anything but as it is summer here, I'd rather not make peppermint hot chocolate and gingerbread cookies.

It can be anything from desserts, meals, candy, etc. The only problem we have is that it can't have wheat or gluten but thats easily substituted for so I'm not too worried.

Theres no opposition to nonamerican dishes as long as the ingredients are easy to find here and aren't rediculous expensive.

Also if you just have names, thats fine too.

We like to be adventurous with our cooking, so don't be afraid to dish out the strange ideas. We like things are that are really rich in flavours whether it be sweet, spicy, sour, etc.

gumbo is always a hit when i have friends round
souvlaki too is very good and very easy to prep (really nice served with rice salad)
white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake is the ultimate party dessert
gowampki are good too (polish stuffed cabbage rolls baked in tomato sauce)
