*This is my first posting. Sorry for the ucky photo quality. Enjoy and thanks for taking a look!!!*
Tonight we made a Tyler Florence "Ultimates" inspired meal. The main was scallops wrapped in prosciutto and apples pan fried in sage infused butter. I have never worked with scallops before. The end result was better than I could have hoped for. Anyways on to the reason for the post!!!! Chocolate mousse!!! So simple!!!! But It absolutely knocked our socks off!!! Here's a picture. (which doesn't do it justice)

I whipped some cream for the top with a touch of sugar and pure vanilla extract. I chopped up the same semi sweet chocolate I used in the mousse for the topping.

lol, believe me, I would have showed the main course. Except that my husband pretty much ate the whole lot! ANd the scallops were truly scumptious Smiley

I got the recipe from Tyler Florence's cookbook "Tyler's Ultimate". I'm sure you could find it on the food network site.
