My little guy has been requesting some mama made clothes.  His sister has gotten the lion's share of it so far.

These are from the Ottobre 03/09 camp shirt and Bert shorts.  One of the shirts I forgot to add the SA, but it still fits.  Whew!  I modified the shorts, where I drafted an inside front pocket instead of one over the top.  I have three more shirts cut out and ready to make, one to match the caveman shorts, one that has monsters and aliens and one that is a green knight fabric.

He wore the black shorts and red top yesterday and was majorly cute in them.

Here's what I have finished so far - I probably won't get to the shirts until next week, unfortunately.  I'd like to get them done up to the buttons and then sew them on during our road trip this weekend.  We'll see.  But probably not.

He's wearing this today. Smiley

This one I need to make the shirt for it yet.

This was the first one I made him and he wears it all the time:

Thanks for looking!

Those shirts look so adorable on him. Really a great pick in fabrics and your little boy looks really happy with them.

Those look really nice, and you have quite the model on your hands (and wonderful photography by the way). Smiley

Guardie for life.

I am really interested in doing a personal swap, especially for greener things like reusable lady items, wool dryer balls, or other such things.  I can knit, sew, draw, and put things together in pretty neat ways.  Please PM me if you're interested.

Why is it so hard to make stuff for boys?   Huh  About all I've done for my sons is pajama pants and Halloween costumes.  Of course, I hardly have any fabric in my stash that is suitable for them, so I guess that doesn't help.

The thing about believing that you can do anything is that you actually do things!

Thanks everyone!  Grin

I've seen more wovens lately for boy stuff than I have in the past, so it is getting BETTER.  There still is a ton more girl stuff, though.  I do like Ottobre design magazines for their patterns for boys. They are spendy to buy, but you get a bunch of patterns in all the different sizes, plus they are more unique than the big pattern companies.
