Tutorial please! Beautiful top, the shape is so perfect. Is the large gap in the back intentional, I haven't a corset with a gap in the back like that before.

thanks all!:) i didnt intend to made the gap quite as big at the back, unfortunately i must have miscalculated the width of the corset! I was going to add on an extra two panels at the back but didnt bother in the end....! Took quite a lot of bravery to wear it out that first time but have gotten used to it since:)

Very pretty!  I have tip for you.  Any time you are going to work with this kind of fabric, run some Fray-Chek along all the cut edges.  This will keep them from fraying while you work with it.  Also they have this lacy hem-tap stuff that you can put over the seams inside (if they will be exposed) that covers them up and protects them even more after the piece is done.  HTH!

what a good idea! a small question, where would i be able to get some of this stuff, only online or would a sewing shop have it?
