Some photos of dandelions I took with my Canon Rebel XS. Admittedly, dandelions aren't the most original subject but the dogs wouldn't let me take pictures of them, so there you have it. Plus, they're fun to use to play around with focus and light.

I love the colours you captured.

I think my favourite pic is the second one though.

I always love dandelions and these are gorgeous!  I love the light and color of them, and I think the first or second are my very favorites.  I don't think I would have been able to resist running and kicking through a field of that many fluffy seed heads, so fun!  And very beautiful!   

I'm a medium aged procrastinator, with a room full of craft supplies!

When I was younger, we had a lady from a distant land live with us for a while. She had never seen snow, or dandelions, until she lived with us.
One morning we were walking out to the garden and she stops. "Ohh! Look at all the pretty yellow flowers!!" she said. Seemingly over night, dandelions had popped up all over our lawn. It reminded us that though most people consider them a pest, the dandelion really is just a pretty yellow flower  Grin
This reminded me of that.
