Package 2

Here, finally (sorry about that  Embarrassed) are the pictures of the package I received from Rosiegarden.

A granny square scarf. Isn't it cool?

A crocheting kit! I've wanted to learn for ages. I haven't tried yet, but when I get chance to sit down and try properly, hopefully then there'll be no stopping me!

A chocolate orange tin (it's her favourite chocolate at the moment). I wonder what's inside?

Some photos! She loves photography.

A gorgeous blue heart necklace. The colour is amazing.

Also in there was a bar of chocolate orange chocolate. That didn't make it into the pictures unfortunately.  Tongue

Thanks Rosiegarden!

Package #2

I got...

(I need a haircut)

An apron! It's lovely and bright and frilly. And it's very long (or am I very short?) so I can wear it like a dress if I feel so inclined. Now I need to learn to cook Wink

A kit for making a skirt (the fabric is more red than orange, my camera has a very dazzling flash). The instructions are nice and simple and just what I need. I'm not very good at following instructions haha Cheesy

This really sweet pencil/pen thingy with music all over it. Perfect for when I go back to college next week.

There were also jelly babies (which are sadly no longer with us) and peppermint tea. I love peppermint tea, but I had to move it downstairs because it was making me sneeze, and I'll have to wait until hayfever season is over before I start drinking it again.

But oh well, I love everything here Smiley Very excited for package 3!

"I wonder what Piglet is doing," thought Pooh,
"I wish I were there to be doing it, too."

I received my package 3 from TerraBella01!!!  Hoorah!  She didn't make me on large thing because whatever she was making didn't work out.  Undecided  But she did make me several smaller things.  And I'm totally fine with that.  They rock!

My new batik craft bag!  I feel confidant that this will ouse a yarn project in the near future!

And inside the bag there are.... MORE GOODIES!

Goodies from inside the bag.
1 - book bag for my paperbacks when I'm carrying them in my purse.
2 - beaded bookmark
3 - wooden pendant.  I love it! (when it cools off I'll wear it so it doesn't feel like it weighs 100 pounds in the East Coast humidity).
4 - small pouch to go in my purse with multiple pockets in it.  Its based off of something on my wist!  How cool is that?

I love that everything is made with matching fabric!  And its all batik!Thank you so much TerraBella!!!

Package 1

So, I should have posted these pictures ages ago.  Whoops!

The Bro Code has the entire Bro Code printed out inside it, which is pretty sweet. Cheesy  Also, I wear the bracelet on top of it ALL THE TIME.  It is awesome.

I made her a plumbob necklace, too.  We are obviously awesome.

I loved everything so much!   Grin

I've received! I've received! I've received!

Cheesy Sorry to make a big deal about it. My partner and I are in different countries so the shipping has been CRAZY in both money and the time it takes to receive. So please go check out the awesome goodies in package #1 that I've received!

Theballandskein is the best swapper in the world! She sent#2 on time, and I waited weeks and weeks to post because life has been way too complicated! I feel like a heel and I beg you all to heap some well deserved love her way!

She sent some(long consumed and delicious!)chocolate and card from her neck of the woods, which is coincidentally one of my favorite places on earth. She also sent some really good tea, and massage oil-

She mailed some hair pins she made, with perfect timing as I just chopped all my hair.

She sent some easy and lovely patterns as befitting my stasus as beginning knitter.

As well as some truly gorgeous hemp yarn. My camera is not doing these rich colors justice, it is beautifully dyed.

She aslo sent some wonderful ephemera for my dollhouses, some of it pictured here. She sent a lacy golden scarf, modeled here by Hammy Harry

I saved my favorite for last! A really wonderful Day of the Dead stuffed doll:

It is really well made and fits my aesthetic to a T! We all loved what you sent, theballandskein!

I don't understand why my pictures are so compressed! You will just have to imagine the most exciting crafts adorning the most adorable child!
