For the Easy Peasy Swap, my partner liked dark greens, and one of her favorite themes was leaves. I decided to try something I've never tried before!



I found some of this fabric, and stretched it over some canvas, and stitched over some of the veins with green floss, and other parts stitched on beads.





It looked so much cooler in my head, but I think I'm still pretty proud of it.

I'm gonna be honest... looking at this, I honestly thought you had bought some fabric flowers (the 3D kind) and had stitched the beads onto them... it wasn't until I read what you did (I always look at pictures first) that I saw this was fabric. The beads make it look real (the stamen part especially). Great job!
