Through the medium of Twitter P. Diddy/Sean "Puff" Combs/whatever he goes by these days posts these relentlessly positive messages. Often, he exhorts his followers to join him in striving to reach their dreams with the mantra "LET'S GO!"

The sentiment being a thing I agree with, or would aspire to agree with, I put it to fabric.

The lettering is from a pamphlet archived in the Antique Pattern Library. To spice it up, I did it on a gradient using 6 different colors of floss. I'm pretty keen on how it turned out.

Here's a closeup shot of the gradient:

Awesome work-I thought it was for the Ramones Cheesy.

Oh, that's fine. You can view it in any context you like. I had the initial idea while reading Twitter. But the Ramones is good too. Anyone who says "Let's go!" really.

I love this ! The colours rock!

"Let's Go!" always makes me giggle, on more than occasion I have had a Japanese friend (and they have all done this) call me up and just say "Iku" (they verb to go)....go...go where..what? I believe at times you need physic powers...'coz Iku would mean "hey it's an awesome day, let's go to the beach grab some beers have a bonfire," context you see.

I digress...love the piece Smiley
