Yay, I'm so glad that you liked everything!! I had so much fun crafting for you!  The only thing I didn't make was the notecard.  That by made by carrieme in a swap I did last summer.  I thought this swap would be the perfect occasion for using one  Cheesy

I agree!  You ladies are sooo talented.  Amazing, amazing packages!

Since it appears that my partner has gone on her vacation without the use of my package, I shall post the pictures! My partner wanted to go backpacking across Europe. (And I didn't make a backpack because it's harder than it looks!)

Everything on my awesome pink striped sheets. Clockwise from left, stars next to what I made: *Bag with awesome skeleton print (from a couple Halloweens ago, but she likes skulls), *first aid kit, 12 piece silverware kit (handy for travel), freeze dried ice cream (Neapolitan!  Smiley), Hair bands and one headband, *keepsake box with hidden album, stuffed turtle (for cuddling up to after all that sight-seeing). Not pictured: *passport cover.

Modeled by my passport.

Passport cover. You can't tell in the photos, but it's this cool textured felt on the outside, like alligator skin or something.

Inside: Pink leopard print!

Keepsake book/box from Hobby Lobby! I spray painted it, then covered it in Europe-esque stickers.

It only looks like a book! The inside is a box complete with a matching photo album for her pictures/memories!

First aid kit! It didn't turn out so mini though. I used the pattern/instructions from The Happy Hooker with a few modifications. I didn't make a bottom or a strap, just sewed it around the edges and added a zipper (which stretched horribly).

Crappy shot of the inside. I included normal first aid items. Band Aids, a couple of those hot hands things, an ice pack, glow sticks, chapstick, (okay, I confess, I'm not really sure what exactly goes in a first aid kit...but it's the thought that counts and it's not like it won't hold more stuff.)

You were born an original. Don't die a copy.

aaaaaaaaaah! I'm so sorry I haven't posted the African safari goods from alexj yet. They're fantastic! Here we go...

Animal facts inside the Ultimate Safari Guide:

Cute necklace:

pouch and the luggage tags that I really wanted:

wall decals! tee hee

I'm a bad bag model, but you can clearly see the great size and the cute shoulder bow

I also got some of those cool sponge animals that expand in water. I used them to entertain the kids I babysit.

Thank you alexj!!! I had fun on my virtual vacation!

I received from monkey-girl today and am on my way to Ireland.

First the bag, you can't go to Ireland and not have your Guinness

the card

chocolates and shamrock sprinkles. I can have sweets now and make more later.

souvenier photos

notecards made from some of the photos. good idea.

coins to buy my own souveniers, they are magnets. My favorite looks like the image comes from the book of kells. I couldn't get a close up. Will try later. Also some stationary to write home and a shamrock hole punch.

party favors to celebrate St. Patty's at a local pub

and of coarse you can't celebrate St. Patrick's Day without green beer. It is really a candle.

framed vintage postcards, I am not sure where she got all the vintage items, but they are very nice.

lovely earrings, charms (love these), and a paper broach. Enough for everyone.

A fun button necklace

and finally, a glass bead necklace. I had an action photo of me wearing it, but it seems to have disappeared.

As you noticed there was fun confetti mixed in. I do like everything. I might have to make a scrapbook.
