Here it is.  One serving of moist, dense chocolaty chocolate cake anytime you want!  That's why it's so dangerous!

Recipe:

4tbsp flour
4tbsp granulated sugar
2tbsp cocoa powder
2tbsp chocolate chips

Stir to combine in a large coffee mug.

Add...

One Egg
3tbsp milk
3tbsp oil

Stir well

Microwave 3 mins on high power (1000 watt microwave)

loosen from mug with vigorous shaking......or a knife around the edge.

VOILA!!!!  Cake!

Enough for two!  Or just for you!

Oh my goodness. I want this so much but I'm on Weight Watchers (20lbs gone!) so I decided to see how many points this was... It's 15 points! (For those not on WW, that's more than half a day's points for an average-size woman.)

Mannn I was really excited cuz I thought I was able to reduce it to 4 points by using Splenda, 2% milk, egg whites, omitting the choc chips, and applesauce (instead of oil) but then I realized that you can only substitute 1/3 of oil with applesauce.

LAME. I want chocolate cake so badddd. Maybe I can just split it with the hubs tomorrow. Sad.

BTW, I think I have the same plate/cup as you Smiley

Look at this page and you can see it being baked in the microwave.

Thanks for posting this -- my girls love to try to cook.  This looks like something they could attempt without making huge amounts of dishes.  Yay!
