Well I like your business name alot, I think it's cute and appropriate!

But I do agree with CraftyChef, I don't know if it was just the switch of resolutions, but it needs to be a little clearer...

Otherwise, I think it looks great, and the best of luck! I'm opening up my own clothing store as well, and I'm still stumped on my logo, so go you!   Smiley

Me and a pretty good friend finally decided once and for all to hook up and open an online store for our jewelry.
She makes pretty glass pendants.
I can make anything into anything. (basically. lol). Favorites are guitar pick earrings. Charms. Other mixed stuff. Like..Almost the earrings you'd see being sold at Hottopic. Only about 1000 times better of course because they're all unique. :-). If you can stick a hole in the item i'm sure i'll find a way to put it on a chain or earring post...

While brainstorming names she came up with 'Chaotic Creations'. Which I loved, but upon Googling it... Found a TON of places already with that name or tag.
Other options we've come up with.... She loves the word chaos or chaotic.
So thats involved in all of them. And I figured since her stuff is pretty glass. And I can make some not-so-alternative stuff, that something should be stuck in there like Classy. Chic. Elegant.. That describes HER as well (shes pretty high maintenance!... and the chaos is more me.)
So far my favorite combination is Chic Chaotic.

Does anyone think that sounds good?
I dont want to wake up sometime next month and be like "WTF was I thinking. Was it the lack of sleep?!?!" hehe. :-)

Well the domain name is available with and without the hyphen so that's good!

I'm not 100% sure about the name though... chaos to me = bad! But that's probably just me!

How about if you add the creations into what you were thinking of making it Chic Chaotic Creations? I think you need the creations/creative part in there somewhere so people know you are making things. Another that just came to me - Creative Chic Chaos.

Hope that helps, happy brainstorming Wink

That sounds good. What about Crafty Chaos or Chaotic Crafts (instead of Creations)?

« Reply #1864 on: March 12, 2008 09:07:16 AM »

Both good ideas!
I kind of like the idea of unofficially tacking "creations" onto the end of Chic Chaotic. And just shorten it when need be.

Now if you'd jump to my other thread and answer some more lively questions. :-P

I think it would sound better flipped around...Chaotic Chic Creations.  Then you can make a cool logo with CCC on it Smiley  Then use CCC for short!

Hate to say it, but it sounds like the products are incompatible. It's like if I was a meatloaf kind of chef partnering up with a French pastry chef. Two different audiences, and two totally different marketing campaigns to reach them. I'm just wondering if partnering up is the best option for both of you.

I think Domestic Confetti is actually descriptive.

Thanks for the feedback. So far I'm still torn on all the ones you guys liked haha.

That's not a bad Idea Craftinator. You got the idea why I picked Organized Confetti originally. Because I'm messy and sort of all over the place a lot and this is sort of the organizing of my thoughts and ideas. Also, I tend so have some OCD habits and trying to organize confetti is something I would totally do.  Cheesy Roll Eyes
