 Shocked  Shocked  Shocked  Shocked  Shocked

Worth the wait, all the way.  I can't even come up with anything because nothing I can say will be remotely accurate.

Wow.  That is some dedication.  Beautiful!  Lovely!  Adorable!  Stunning!  HOLY COW.

I love that quilt! oh my goodness.

Doing the one that I did really makes me want to do more.
It was very intimidating to make a quilt for someone else as a beginner.

Man I'm such a beginner and that quilt is AMAZING. All the tiny little details look awesome.

I went to a JoAnn's Megastore (the only joanns we have is like 2 hours away from home, and it's a little tiny one!) when I was on vacation in Florida and got some cool quilt stuff. That store was unbelievable!! I really wish they'd build on in my town...the closest megastore to me is about 5 hours away I think. Sad I only spent 30 bucks and got SO MUCH out of it!

And I will get my package when I get home!! Less than an hour now...I'm definitely counting down! Hubby said "you have a buttload of mail here, i'll bet you can't wait to get home!"

...he's right Tongue

WOW! That is really beautiful! I love the shape you cut. I know that's weird to mention but it really frames your work well.

Oh my gosh! thank you all, I feel so humbled among all of you crafters!  onegrooyday had a round art quilt wisted so I was going to make it round but then I got a large oval quilt frame from freecycle right before I started so I decided on that shape. The finished quilt is 28 x 18, I went a little bigger than I was suppose too, oh well  Wink ....this is what I had in my mind and I actually made it go to the fabric! I told dear hubby that I am now an "artist" hehe. (I can barely draw a stick man! Tongue) This was the best experience that I have ever had pushing myself to come up with "art". I am very proud of it and I am so glad that onegroovyday loves it!

By the way onegroovyday, I absolutley LOVE mine and it is hanging in my diningroom!  Grin

:oWOW!  I just came back from vacation and I am so amazed at all the new quilts in the gallery!!

Jenicat~ I love your cute cow quilt!  I love the black spots on the cow and it cute tail!  I love how you did the red and black checkerboard and how you did the reverse applique of the stars!  I love how you did the quilting!  It is free motion?

Next I love the head spin quilt!  Wow It really does make me dizzy!  I love the crazy quilting and the applique on top!

Next I love the big tree with the owl sitting on the branch!  I love how the leaves are falling down from the tree!  I love the colors on it too!

And lastly I absolutely love the one pjherbert   made!  Wow I can't believe all those beads were done by hand!  I am amazed at hand work!  I love the way you made the smoke from the houses out of beads!  I love how you did the tree out of tons of little leafs.  It looks really nice in the oval shape!!  I love it!!
