I managed to get into the kitchen for more than 5 seconds today to make these yummy muffins:

They are so easy to make and taste fluffy and delicious. I'll be putting the recipe on my blog soon.
I did get my hubby to help finish them as I was called away to feed our new little baby girl......By far the best thing I have ever made!! (Of course I had help!)
Cheesy

These look yummy! Cheesy I'm going to give them a shot. But I've never baked with self-raising flour before. Does anyone know if there would be a noticeable difference if I used ye olde all-purpose flour instead?

If you use ye olde plain flour you would have to add some baking powder or they would not rise and be flat hard yukkiness.....Or a good weapon in disguise! A muffin to the face! Grin

Ha! I could cut them up and make hardtack ninja stars out of them. Okay, since I'm out of baking powder, self-raising flour it is. Thanks for the recipe and the tip! I'm going to get my veggie & cheese muffins on!  Cheesy

I've had these bookmarked for the longest time and just made them.
They're amazing!
I also learned something: never pour hot butter directly into eggs >.<
