I'm looking for stickers that have more like a line design on a clear background, so I can put them on items and just see the design. Is this even available?

I don't know if there is anything available ready-made, but there is a clear sticker paper you can buy at any office supply store and you could print out line drawings onto it and cut around it to make what you want.  I can't remember what the sticker paper is called, it's been so long since I used it.  All I remember is you have to print the image in reverse.  But it is an idea to keep in mind if you can't find what you are looking for.

you could custom order them from any sticker or label-printing service using your own design.  i googled "clear sticker" and came up with this, which is one option of many:

when you say "line design" do you mean an actual line or just not filled in with color? i would say a lot of stickers are like that now, but they are usually words, also rub ons are like that

also, if you are computer graphically inclined you can make your own design on the computer, print it out onto transparancy paper and then use a xyron or other clear glue to glue it down.  Xyrons are the best!!
