So apparently between my roommates my husband and I we drink too much beer because I have amassed a very large bottle cap collection.  Having a very sparse living room I decided it was time to put to use those bottle caps.  recovering a cardboardish thing that was a painting (of which the frame Ive already re purposed) I covered it in black tape (because I was too lazy to paint it and wait for paint to dry) and then proceeded to hot glue bottle caps into a heart shape. Several hours later and quite a few glue sticks later I was able to come up with this.

Its only leaning against the fireplace now, and I kind of like it there, although at some point I will have to deal with figuring out how to hang it up.

That's great! If only we drank a bigger variety of beer, ours would be all the same color.

This is beautiful! I really like how all the different coloured caps tie together.

I've been collecting bottlecaps with no real purpose in mind for a while and your art has given me some ideas.
