I have a shell from my vacation in Florida last year that I really want to make a necklace with.  I want to put a fresh water pearl inside of it, but I'm not sure how I should do it.  I considered wire wrapping but I don't like how it looks that way.  Could I glue the pearl in there?  Could I use super glue or do I need a special epoxy or could I even use resin?  I want something that won't damage the pearls or the shell.

if you have access to a drill youself, drill a small hole in the top of the shell and thread a beadpin through the pearl then the shell

you CAN glue it in with e6000 but it may eventually fall out if it doesnt have a second support system

oOo ok, I wasn't sure if something like E6000 would eat through the shell or the pearl.  Thanks!
