I made this for my stepmom for Mother's Day, using a pattern from Fog and Thistle (an etsy shop). This is only my second attempt at papercutting, and I'm really happy with how it turned out!

Aw, Richard Adams just passed away a few days ago. Watership Down IS a great book. American kids should watch more animation like that which was made from this book. I think the papercut/silhouette look really fits the Warren inhabitants of Watership Down.

Oh so SAD! I didn't know he passed away. 2016 took a lot of great people from us. Your art of the rabbits is lovely.

It's very pretty and sweet for mama's day. I like that you used the reverse of the cuts, nice balance.
