It's very cute!

I love doing those, but I can't find any use for one whatsoever so I haven't made one for 20 years. I do have some plans for christmas though. Think I'll make a big table cloth for my inlaws.

This is so pretty!  I love the design and the color you chose really takes it to the next level.   Cheesy

This reminds me of my grandma, who made about 10 billion doilies...  Tongue

So pretty!

My husband has forbid doilies in the house, but my mother has said she wouldn't mind one and my grandmother would like them as well. Maybe I'll have to give one a shot. You've given me hope!!

My sister in law saw the pic of my 1st doily & hinted that she'd love to have it. I'm not parting with my 1st though so I made another one, this one measures 12" & was made with a 2mm hook.

My next one is a bit more ambitious, a lot more detail and an even smaller hook. Look out for it sometime next year  Wink

Kookaloo -  beautiful! When my grandma was alive she always gave us doilies for gifts and they are so cherished now. When she passed that was the only thing we all wanted of hers were her doilies, she loved making them and we loved receiving. My oldest son keeps asking me when am I going to make him a doily for his end table!
