Those are just lovely! I've never seen anything like them before, she is truly an artist, how nice that she's finally getting recognized for her talent, and photos of her stunning work are here for all the world to see!

Truly A-mazing.  The first one looks like the 7th Chakra unfolding it's thousand petals.  Thank you, Joy, for creating such wonderful works of art.  You are an inspiration to crafters & artists all over the world.  Thank you for blessing us with the fine privilege of viewing these rugs.  Way to go on being daring!!  You've paved the way for yarn makers and rug makers everywhere!  Love & Light~ Amy

Those are beautiful. It's amazing at how well some of the older pieces have held up. I hadn't seen this method of rug making before. Make sure to let her know she's developing an internet fan club Smiley

Stop being so damned positive. Staring at the sun only blinds some one. By only looking at the positive, you miss an entire beautiful world of shadows and colors. Don't be overly negative, be realistic. The world is so much more complex and beautiful that way.

Thank you so much for sharing!  They are all gorgeous!  She is a very talented lady!

Crocheting is like prostitution.  First you do it for love, and then for a few close friends, and then for money.  Maybe that is why they call us Hookers?

Wow those are A MA ZING!!! Thank you so much for sharing her wonderful gift with us!!! Truely beautiful works of art! I can only imagine the amount of time each of those would take! And tell her congrats on her first show! She really needs to show those off!!! I am just so amazed!!!!!

Okay so once again I am completely redoing my pictures. Got tired of photobucket, the only reason I used it was for here so I decided I will just use Craftster's photo uploader. So while I am switching over my photo links will be broken. Message me if there is a post you would like the pics for.

Oh my goodness! These are stunning! They got an "Holy crap!" out of the fiance who isn't impressed by anything crafty. But this isn't just crafty, this is pure art work. I'd never want to walk on it!

These are amazing.
such patience.  I was jaw dropped with the people standing on these beauties. All that work and you let people stand on them?   Wow....    Somehow I think I'm missing part of a greater time.... although If I were there id go crazy with people standing all over my work lol.
