There are some really great towels in there. I love the space girl, those first ones are trimmed!!?! - awesome. And those owls are fantastic!

I received my package this weekend, and i loveee it! They are really great -  a 50's housewife, a really neat atomic deisgn, and the last one is of an owl cookie jar! (i actually bought! the pattern for the owl cookie jar, and then came home and BAM! i didn't have to stitch a thing cause my rockin' partner did it.....FANTASTICALLY.) the detail is super great.

How awesome?!!!

Just a reminder to everyone to please PM me and elvissatx when you send AND receive! Posting in either thread and/or posting pics is not good enough! We need those confirmation PMs so please don't forget! Thanks!

I love all your owl towels, csi_princess! Great stitching by sonjabegonia (but that's no surprise to me!!).

la la laurrenn, all of the towels you received are gorgeous too! (I'm also digging the cover of the notecard an awful lot.)

"Atomic" was a new one for me this swap -- I did lots of surfing looking for ideas for Beetastic, because I was just generally clueless about that theme. But the cool thing was that because of my surfing, when hubby and I were at an antique shop recently, I immediately recognized some of the atomic-theme dishware and knew what a cool find it would be for someone who was into the 50's stuff!!

Okie doke, y'all, here are pics of the lovelies I received from Beetastic today. I really didn't need tea towels, but I wanted some pretties to hang up in our kitchen once we're done with some minor renovations and repainting, so these are ready to be framed in some hoops and hung up (well, once I repaint, that is! I've already primered, just haven't painted yet).

First up, Aimee Ray's "Ghost Birds" design that has been on my wist for a while. I actually bought the pattern to stitch up for myself, but seeing as how I tend to do swaps and gifts for other people instead of stitching things for myself, no telling how long it will be before I make use of my pattern. Thanks to Beetastic for taking care of me!!

Love love love the designs and colors in these next two.

Finally, some awesome dish scrubbers!! I do not know how to knit or crochet, so getting this kind of useful yet purty stuff tickles me pink.

Thank you, Beetastic, for the fantabulous goodies you made for me Smiley

csi_princess - I love the set of owl towels you received!! They're all so cute and the colors are great! I love the facial expressions!

la la laurrenn - 50's!! Love it! The colors used for the housewife towel are awesome - I wish I had a green oven and pink/orange pots! I've never heard of "atomic" before, I'm going to have to google it. The owl cookie jar is too cool.

~Glenda - Oooh! That middle towel is getting wisted!! I love them all, but that one especially. I love the circle theme you've got going on there, I was going to do mandalas for this swap and now I'm even more motivated to stitch some. The little deer is adorable!

What a great gallery day! You guys are all so talented!
