Ooooo...I love the car organizer, bolero, and Stompy (which I initially misread as Stumpy and felt a bit bad for.)  Cheesy

The last few packages are amazing and I wish I could comment on every single thing, but I will say I especially loved the car organizer and that sweet little elephant.

Oh, and those wonderful socks!

I received today!! I had to argue with my DH... silly man tried to tell me I had to finish my dinner and find DS's back pack before I could tear into it! NOT AN OPTION!!!! I was sneeky and had DS hand it to me.  Although he decided that since he got it for me, he got to open each package wrapped in tissue paper. At least I got to the goodies!
Hngoodlett spoiled me rotten! I'll have to borrow a camera and get pics up tomorow!
I had no idea who was stalking me!
AANNDD My stalkee got her goodies today too. (or so the tracking # says)

A Fab little rain cloud that will hang in my studio

Some envelopes and business cards...The best part of the business cards are that she definitely looked into my blog as in one of my posts I mention that I have a doctorate in sockmonkeys!

I put these AWESOME 'stashes on my wist.  and she made me THREE!!!!  So here are some objects in disguise with 'stashes

These made me squeal...Magnets with my sockmonkeys on them!!!

missgabbielynn  asked me to post what I sent her.  She has a sick little guy so I agreed to post!

Unfortunately I only took pictures of 2 of the things...You will have to use your imagination for the tote bag I made her...heh
But here are the other things!

I made her a pin cushion.  She mentioned that she liked cats AND that she had a kitchen full of chickens so I figured that I would combine the 2..

She also wisted a rag quilt.  I have never quilted in my life...but here is my lap quilt that I made her

There you go!!

:O I'm so freaked out right now.

I sent off Friday and asked for Priority mail, but when I just put in the DC it says "There is no record of this item."

edit: on the DC it looks like the girl at the post office ignored my request for priority and instead decided it would be much better if the package was sent first class. Sad

Don't worry! Priority and First Class are pretty much the same thing: 2-3 days delivery time. If you mailed on Friday, it should definitely be there by Tuesday at the latest.

Also, it's delivery confirmation, not shipping confirmation, which the PO is often too eager to point out when they forget to scan it when you drop it off. It sucks, but sometimes it will say "no record" until it's delivered. Sad It always makes me nervous too, because, let's face it, your nerves are already on edge wondering if your partner will like your package, and then THAT happens! Grin

If you are shipping within the country, first class and priority are pretty much the same, international might make a bit of difference, but domestic seems pretty fast regardless. I usually only ship priority because the boxes are super convenient and I have a fairly good idea what the price will be.
