That is insanely amazing!!!

Power is strength and the ability to see yourself through your own eyes and not through the eyes of another. It is being able to place a circle of power at your own feet and not take power from someone else's circle.

I know I can't be the only one thinking this...

I am looking to do a personal swap with (or will outright pay for) a knitter who could make an adult sized knitted t-rex sweater for Christmas. If anyone is interested, please let me know.

I see the wheels turning and the cat thinking.
"SO she thinks she has won, wait till she goes to bed and finds the Hair ball I am going to leave her on her pillow"
I know I can't be the only one thinking this...

My kitteh is famous on teh internetz!  Please don't worry about Oreo, she is very spoiled with both the treats and the luvs and has many fun things to scratch on, as well as the "kitty sauna" (under a table over the heating vent) to lie in. Plus, we took the winter plastic off the windows this weekend, so she can now perform her other favorite activity, keeping watch to make sure no Other Cats are infiltrating Her Porch.

First of all this is gorgeous and I love it! Second of all, Oreo looks i-frickin-dentical to my cat, Blinky - which has me a little bit freaked out!

Behold the long-lost-cat-twin!

Sorry to hijack the thread with a picture of my cat, but I felt like this warranted sharing! In all seriousness though this really is stunning, you must have the patience of a saint  Smiley

This is amazing! I now want to start keeping my eye out for thrift store buttons so that I can cover my couch. I'm imagine every time I find a few more buttons I'd add them until the entire back and sides are covered on mine for maximum kitty protection and insanity. Smiley

Very awesome project, I'm saying "This rocks!"

Wow! So much work... but it's the best idea ever!

Sadly, I don't think I'll have the patience needed (or enough buttons) to save my sofa from the evil kitty!

The whole thing looks absolutely gorgeous! I have the same problem with my sofa, but I'd be worried that my cat might just choose another spot on the fabric or continue with her favorite scratching spot and pull off the buttons in the process (which might lead to her eating the buttons and choking on them). Have you had any problems?
