Where do you find unlicensed fabric that can be made into items and resold without the fear of some company coming after you?

What you have to watch out for is fabric with characters on it, mostly. Those are pretty clear issues. Beyond that, you take a risk when you use any fabric, though Amy Butler, I believe, has given up the fight to exert her imagined rights over what folks can do with her fabric. It's not even so much whether or not someone has the rights to use fabric or its design or something else, but who is and is not willing to intimidate or be intimidated by a lawyer or lawyerspeak.

Not helpful? Sorry!
