I made some origami paper from old magazines and seed catalogs and then made origami using instructions I found http://www.origami-instructions.com.

I don't do a whole lot of origami, but I was inspired by the glossy magazine ads to turn them into at least one more thing before they hit the recycling bin.  So, here they are:

I think they turned out OK for a novice.  Those reverse folds sure are tricky.  I guess practice makes perfect!

Hey, that's a great idea for recycling magazines.  Wish I'd seen this before throwing a bunch away . . .  Grin
