I decided to make something for my fiancé. It started out as a plain shadow box. Then felt finger puppets got involved. At first I was going to wrap it up and give it to him when he comes home from being on the road but then it was too pretty to be wrapped up and so I hung it up. Now if only I can keep it a secret long enough to surprise him when he comes home. I suck at keeping a secret.

Slide the glass out and you can play with the finger puppets.

I'm totally addicted to them now. I want to make more but I have to gather my supplies first.

Very cute. Do the puppets resemble you and your fiance?

I suck at keeping secrets, too.
I can't remember when was the last time I actually *surprised* someone with their gift, I usually tell them all about it weeks before I give it to them. Cheesy

And I'm sure your fiance will love it. It's beautiful, unique and has a meaning. Just lovely.
