Hi Everyone Smiley

This is what Ive been messing with this week, and yes I may be crazy to make such a thing but it was enormous fun!

The dress has a total of 30 pieces, each sewn directly into place as the dress was built from the top down. Can you tell I love jigsaw puzzles?

Here are full length shots of the front and back:

I am not sure entirely what the fabrics are because they were given to me years ago by a friend, but one is a synthetic woven from silver and white thread to create a textured finish and the other is a cotton like weave printed with metallic dots. Heres a closer look at the fabric and construction:

Ahh. To be a bjd would be so awesome, they always get the most amazing clothes. This dress is beautiful.

It's beautiful and you did a wonderful job on it! I love the little laces and the "holes" they go through. They just make it look so elegant and finished. She looks gorgeous!
