Great. Now all I can think about is chocolate covered graham crackers oozing with hot, sticky, gooey, just-off-the-stick toasted marshmallows. Gaa, Craftster needs a drooling emoticon!

Where is my mind?

I frequent another forum where users can make and buy emoticons (buying them makes them active so everyone can use them - sort of like a nomination Huh) and there are like, hundreds of stupid pointless ones BUT

they do have some totally awesome ones that are animated.  Some times I'd love to have the smug-looking one with its arms crossed, for the playful banter that gets thrown back and forth here.

And just for fun...

And to keep my post somewhat on topic, I've got my three items figure out and supplies purchased for all, just got to assemble and then decide on extra goodies to add Wink

First, let me say, that s'mores are the NASTIEST stuff.  No I take that back.  S'mores are the scecond nastiest stuff.  Marshmallows are the food of the devil!  (I need that YM puking smiley!)

On topic, I have finally figured out how i am going to do my large!  It's something I've never tried, but have wanted to for a while.  I'm getting excited to start!

mmm smores.  i've made them in the microwave and they are good, you just need to keep a REAL close eye on the marshmallow, or it overexpands and make a huuuuge mess lol.

Got my list, got my paycheck, heading to Michael's and Joanns today for supplies Smiley

Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.

When my girls were little, they used to toast mini marshmallows over a candle with a toothpick.   It was one of their favorite rainy day activities.

On topic, because I made a really dumb decision to do something by hand instead of on my machine, I now have six hours in an item that should have taken 4 or 5 hours total.  I'm hoping to finish it up this weekend and move on to my first medium.

This may be a totally stupid question but I don't care.  I am too ADD to read through 84 pages of posts on this thread.  Are we supposed to check-in regularly on this thread or with the organizers since we can't communicate with our partner?  And did we ever get split into two groups, each with their own organizer leader person?  Just curious.

I already know what I am making for my large and medium for my partner!  The small is the tough one for me right now.  I think I will get started on the large this weekend since it will take the longest.  A lot of handsewing involved!  My fingers will be bleeding by Sunday evening!

I finalized my list of goodies for my partner and have all the supplies (I think). I'm off today so I plan on starting on one of the things.  I'm definately going to spoil my partner!  I can't narrow my list down anymore....I just want to make everything!
