Ok everybody!  here's the gallery, and I get to start it off!  I received my fabulous yarn from Lizzle!!!

I told her that I really love shades of green, and boy, did she deliver!  check it out!

There's two skeins dyed sorta the same (thanks!  I know just what to make!) and one skein was dyed over a ragg style yarn, with a light ply and a darker ply, so it looks really cool.  The color has a lot of depth to it.  So pretty!

Lizzle also sent me this awesome batiked fabric that she had.  I LOVE batiks, so it totally rocks!

Thanks so much Lizzle!!!  I love it all!!

Step off, I'm doin the hump.

ohh pretty, I love the fabric

I love personal swaps,  I print a lot of random fabric, usually with no purpose in mind.  let me know if you want any of it.

I love the fabric too Wink  I didn't dye it, though.  It's quilting fabric from Joann, so anyone who wants some can buy it.  And if the color palette isn't quite your cup of tea, it comes in a bunch of different colors and patterns.  (I did dye the yarn, though.)

P.S. Glad you like it, Superhooker!

I got my package from Superhooker today and boy was it amazing.  Everything came wrapped really nicely and she TOTALLY spoiled me.

First, she sent two great hand-dyed fabrics. She was disappointed with how they turned out because her kitchen is too cold, but I love them.  One was purplish/blue/grey (matches my paint color so well!) and the other was gorgeous pink/yellow.

She also sent some amazing tea towels.  They're pretty much the coolest towels I've ever owned by a long shot.  I'm going to save them 'til this summer, though, when I move into my own place because my roommates now would just ruin them Sad  The pictures feature my cat because she was upset that I was taking pictures on her window-looking-out spot and got under them both times.  I guess she likes them, too!

She also sent me a beautiful skein of yarn and some batik fabric that looks to me like abstract trees.

Thank you so much, Superhooker!  I couldn't have asked for a better package.
I love looms.
