So my life is finally complete now that I have watched Dr. Horribles Sing along Blog.
I cannot believe that I had never heard of it until a week ago and have now watched it a million times and constantly have the songs stuck in my head.
My 4 year old loves Captain Hammer so I made her this dress and sleeves (instead of gloves).  She wasn't in the mood to model so my almost 2 year old did. (don't mind the bed head, she just woke up from her nap.)
(this is her zoolander face  Tongue)

I used 3 different shirts for this and used iron on adhesive for the hammer logo. I'm going to paint the white highlights on it later.
Thanks for looking!

So you, could spend the morning walkin with me, quite amazed. As I am unwashed and somewhat slightly dazed.

I have had that song stuck in my head ALL day. Awesome job on the shirt!

Two words:  This rocks!

Incidentally, my fiance and I agreed to go as Captain Hammer (me) and Dr. Horrible (him) for this coming Halloween, and I've been trying like crazy to find a way to "feminize" Captain Hammer's costume because I have finally, after countless years as a tomboy, given up on trying to dress up as a man.  (This epiphany can be traced to last year, when in the course of making an Alex Delarge costume I was forced to accept that one cannot wear both a a 36F bra and a codpiece and still look menacing.)  You've just given me the perfect solution...now I just need to figure out what hairstyle a hammer-impaired Captain Hammer would wear.

Thanks a bunch!  Grin
