It's so pretty!  It looks like the MLP Merry-Go-Round Ponies they made years ago.

Oh my 9yr old would love this.  She has gotten rid of most toys but not her pony's  and she has a ton from McDonald's.  I am going to have to see what she can come up with.

I still have mine form the 80s. Wink

Okay so once again I am completely redoing my pictures. Got tired of photobucket, the only reason I used it was for here so I decided I will just use Craftster's photo uploader. So while I am switching over my photo links will be broken. Message me if there is a post you would like the pics for.

I'm addicted to DDR. I need a 12-step program.

I always love your work, and this is no exception! I like carousels, and I love the colors you used - no, really, I could go on about the colors all day (but I'll spare you). But what I love most is your story...I can totally relate. Smiley And skewering a pony is just damn funny.

Keep 'em coming!

But we have flamethrowers. And what this indicates to me, it means that at some point, some person said to himself, "Gee, I sure would like to set those people on fire over there. But I'm way too far away to get the job done. If only I had something that would throw flame on them."

Hahaa! Thanks! I'm super pleased with it because the colors just came together so well. I was going for a different color scheme when I started, but by the time I got around to starting it again I didn't want to do anything near what I started.

That looks great, I love all the fun sparkly colors!  Did you bake the clay onto the pony, or glue the bits on after baking?  (Or is the clay still un-baked..?)

I was wondering that - surely the poor pony would melt if put in the oven to bake the clay?

She's completely awesome, by the way :-)

Actually, I saw one that BananaAmbush did and she said she baked her whole pony so I just went ahead and did it too. The hair and everything survived fine. I also tried this with a Barbie the next day and wow, totally different results. You can see the carnage on the Toys Discussion board.

I'm probably just overtired, but the phrase "she baked her whole pony" just made me laugh so hard that I choked on my diet coke...
