Anyone interested in doing a swap focused on budget-friendly, nutritional meals?

I'm constantly trying to find new recipes that don't put a dent in the family food budget, but that provide us with delicious, nutritious meals.  I'm thinking of a swap with a short craft time, so minimal points (possibly just two), but with a big "information" requirement.  I.e., recipes, healthy eating tips, frugal shopping tips, "locavore" eating and etc.

If you're interested, let me know and I might start it up once I get done with my current swap!

what about menus that are already done.
I menu plan for 1 month at a time...its fabulous!!!  But I have a hard time getting new things incorporated into the menu...
It could have reciepes and a fancy hang on the fridge menu, maybe coupons, and a shopping list!
I would love this!!!!
It would be low-ish cost and totally helpful!

I love it!
Lets get it started!!

I do a fancy, hang-on-the-fridge menu, but I only do it one week at a time.  I plan it around our weekly sales fliers and what produce I can get from the farmer's market or health food store.

I had a lot of trouble incorporating new recipes into my menus...the old stand-bys were just so easy to plan for and to make.  The way I get over that is I made a commitment to try at least one new recipe every two weeks.  If the household loves it, I put it into regular rotation.  It's worked really well!

I'm currently organizing a swap that sends out on April 6th and I'm finishing up a swap that I send out this weekend.  If there's more interest, I may start this up on April 6th, just so I might have some time to breath.  (Unless someone else steps in to organize, in which case I will be a willing participant!)

I hope more people show interest in this one!

This sounds really good! As a poor college student, I'm always needing to save money, but I get tired of PB&J or my standby of noodles and sauce. I hope I'd be able to give someone some ideas/thoughts.

Ever since I read this I have been filling out the questionare that I have in my head and trying to organize it in my head.  I LOVE the idea of a few more recipes to add to my usual.

I have seen some other recipe swaps...would this be more of a menu swap or like the other recipe swaps?

I would like a more menu swap with a few recipes that are new and a shopping list!  definately a shopping list!

I could wait until April 6th ish to start and then be ready to use it june-ish...that would be awesome!

I would be totally interested in this swap!  We do budget meals here, what with 2 kids and only dh working and me a full-time student.  We also do lots of times saving meals. I saw we, but really I do 90% of the meal planning/cooking.

It's been awhile.
all cut up

I'm definitely interested!

I just don't see the point in spending a lot of money on food when it's how its prepared that makes the difference!

I also am loving the lady on YOUtube on depression cooking.  This man filmed his Gramm and she talks about how she and her family ate during the depression.  She is awesome!!!!
