I've been working on learning how to use GIMP and just really messing around with all sorts of settings and such.  I'm really enjoying myself and wanted to show all you lovely people a couple of the things I've made

Carebears!! Being an 80's kid these hold quite alot of nostalgia for me. I dont know what possessed me to create this. I just thought it would be cute. Cheerbear wishbear and grumpybear. Cheerbear was my favourite. I always wanted one as a kid but never got one, theres an hour in therapy for me.

This picture is actually all about my diet. This is how I feel every single day, diet after diet, I shudder to think how many carrots i've eaten in my lifetime. I think one more vegetable and I may just turn into a bunny, I dont think constantly eating rabbit food is good for you

I didnt use a tute Im afraid.  I slogged it out by clicking random buttons until I got the result I wanted.  If you want something particular answered I might beable to help. if you get stuck drop me a line kay, cause I know how infuriating this thing is LOL.  Mainly once you figgure out how to make layers and use them effectively it becomes really simple.  Im not an expert by miles, infact I'd still consider myself a beginner.  Its really quite daunting how much power GIMP actually gives you.
