I posted this in the knitting section- I used to use the tunisan stitch to emulate knitting for those of you who like the look of knit, but do not have the time nor the patience to learn how to do it-  you use a long afghan like hook, and the stitches stay on similar to knitting, but it is still using one hook.

and this is what it looks like- a doggie sweater i used to crochet (knit the cheating way)

Cute doggie sweater (and cute doggie too!)   I love the knit stich when doing tunisian crochet.  Its a lot thicker than regular knits, but its warmer because of that.

Do you have a pattern for the sweater that you wouldn't mind sharing?

Thank you for posting this, I have always wanted to learn this type of stitch, but never knew how, I'll have to try this one out.
