My friend loves Watchmen so I made him this sock monkey for his birthday. I was on a bit of a sock-monkey-making kick, and I brain-waved when I saw someone else on Craftster who had made Dr. Manhattan sock monkeys. They were so cute! So I thought that I would make Rorschach. His hat isn't the best. Fedora's are tricky when you have no idea what shape to start with, but hopefully you get the idea. All his clothes and his mask are felt, and I sewed a little Comedian's button to his hand, and... Ya. Hope you guys like it. Hopefully my friend likes it too. This is my very first post! Hopefully the pictures work... I actually have no idea what I'm doing... I thought it was cute though! And the movie comes out next week! It's going to be super-awesome!

Sorry. I couldn't get the lighting quite right.

Close-up of the Comedian button. I used red nail-polish for human bean juice.

Ahhh! What a good idea. I love the little bloody Comedian button. Cute (in a sorta creepy, Rorschachy way)

Yes, well done! I considered Rorschach but figured Dr. Manhattan would be easier. So I applaud your greater effort!. Great that he has his "real" face and is mask (which is his real face) I want to make sock monkeys of all the Watchmen. Love it.

here's my Dr. Monkhattan:
