I made this quilt from my daughters baby clothes.  I know it isn't perfect.  But I'm really pleased to preserve the memory of her babyhood.   Roll Eyes

After I stitched all the knits (almost every block) onto broadcloth, I learned that you're supposed to use interfacing on knits in quilts.  Oops.

I did leave some of the sweater edges long on purpose, to show the pretty edges.

That's really sweet!   Great memory quilt, and it doesn't look too kiddy, so she could hang it anywhere and be proud of it.  Awesome job!

So adorable! I am now wishing I hadn't given away most of my kids' baby clothes. But with 5 kids I just couldn't hold on to it all. Well done!

Thank you all for being so kind.  I am very much a novice quilter.  It was really a challenge for me to work on something that required such precision.

Momster, I gave away nearly everything, and had just this very small amount of baby clothes that for some reason I couldn't give away and remembered them when I came upon this quilt pattern.
