Hello fellow craftster crocheters,

Spring is finally here!  And with spring comes baby birds.  I encourage you to collect your yarn snippets and string and put them out for the wildlife to make their nests from. I usually cut the snippets into  2-3 inch pieces and scatter them about the yard little by little. The fibers make great nesting material, not to mention very colorful!  So share with your fine feathered friends.  Now is the perfect time to put out the material since wildlife is in full "nesting mode".

Enjoy your spring!

I put my snippets and some dryer lint in a suet cage, and lay it out on my deck.

I scatter my hair in the yard after a trim.  The bird-o's seem to enjoy it.
