I've been doing some bikram yoga lately so I started looking online for the special yoga towels that everyone seems to have. Now I don't have $50+ to spend on a towel. Does anyone know what these things are made of to make them worth that much. Or is it just expensive because it's for yoga. Any ideas on what I could make them out of? It's just a rectangle of absorbent fabric. Some of them have little nubs on the back to keep them from slipping. Puff paint might work for that. I really want to make one of these. It can't be that hard. I just can't bring myself to spend that much on a towel.

I am not sure what makes them all super special hehe. If you wanted to make it non-slip, I heard you can also dot it with hot glue on the bottom. Have you tried popping it into the craftster search engine to see if anyone else has made any? That might get some ideas as well to see what people have tried and what has worked.
