i've always hated v-day, i'm hoping to have an anti-vday party this year.
also, our apartment needed some sort of decoration on the door, and i figured it was too early for st. patrick's day stuff

the flowers i had made years ago, but for my "wreath", i don't have the money to go out and buy craft supplies, so i cut some hearts out of cardboard, and painted them black or gray, then hot glued them into somewhat of a circle

sorry for the largeness of the pics.  i didn't shrink them down

I love Valentines Day...but I also love your wreath & the flowers are totally awesome!!  Your party will sure to be a hit with decorations like that!!

What kind of foods are you serving?  Are they as out there as the decorations?

Maybe do a "Death of St. Valentine" theme! LOL

haha, thanks!

i'm not sure if the party is going to happen.  most of my friends seem to be celebrating with their significant others.  no fun.  so it may just be me and my roomie.

i had seen some cupcake ideas (i think it was a twilight thing though) that were kind of "bleeding", like there was jelly or something inside.  i thought that would be funny.  or i was going to  make some broken hearted sugar cookies, and decorate them with some icing.
