Usually when I make something I work it out as I go. This time I followed (most of) the directions and I'm happy I did. I <3 my crazy flower purse.  Grin I got the directions for the purse from Bend The Rules Sewing by Amy Karol. The wallet was really easy, I worked it out. Smiley What do you think?

Close up of the seam.

Matching wallet.

the wallet is cute too!

Hey, we went to high school together! We were in Journalism during your junior year and my senior year. This is Holly, the super short girl. I didn't know you were into this kind of thing, that's really awesome! How have you been?

This is a really cute purse, and I like the wallet, too. Maybe you could take a picture of the wallet when it's open so we can see what the inside of it looks like.

Oh my, you bend the rules, I hate rules. Too funny and I love the retro (looks like 70's)  fabric you chose. That is a great closure and color scheme.
