I just wanted to share these little hearts that I made for my kiddos for Valentine's Day!

The pattern is available at my blog as a .pdf- http://owlishly.typepad.com/owlishly/2009/02/corazoncitos-free-amigurumi-heart-pattern-in-3-sizes.html, and at Ravelry if you'd like to add it to your library.

They come in 3 different sizes, the biggest being 3 inches tall, then next size down in 2 1/4, and the smallest is 1 3/4 inches.  Additionally, there's another little .pdf that has images of the materials used, and step by step images of how to join the tops of the hearts.

They were done in worsted weight yarn with a clover soft touch G/4.5mm hook.

Very cute! There was a knitted catnip toy heart on Martha Stewart's Craft of the Day e-mail - these would make a good crocheted alternative!

If you wanted to share your pattern here on Craftster, I'd add it to our pattern archive! Smiley

I printed these off last night and I'm stitching up one of the large ones today.  I have to go and make sure I'm joining the tops correctly.  They are so cute! Thanks for the pattern!

I'm glad you like them Cheesy

antarcticraft- I accidentally saved the joining images over the pattern that I typed up so I don't have the pattern typed anymore... just the pdf.  Is there anyway to post that?

Hm...no, but I think you can copy and paste text from PDFs right to the Craftster post? And thanks! Smiley

I have found that making hearts is not that easy, and you have done it so so well, good job!
