Here's a Tiger cub I stitched for my Boyfriend's Mother this Christmas. (Its framed now, so you can't see the pink patchwork canvas) She loved it.

I couldn't find a decent pattern so I ended up making it up as I went. It was originally supposed to be a kitten, but I kinda messed up and it ended up looking more like a tiger.. so I went with that. Luckily for me my Boyfriend's mother loves tigers. Considering I fluked it I think it turned out cute.  Smiley

If I did it all again I'd add a nice dark outline around him.

That's really good for making it up as you go. I could never pull that off and make it look that good.

I agree with PaleAngel. You did a good job freehanding this. I especially like the eyes. Very nice indeed.
