Signup Date Range: Feb 1/09 - Feb 11/09 at 11:59PM EST (that makes more sense now!)
Send-out Date: March 18 (5 weeks)

Limited to a certain number of people: No!
Restricted to people who live in the same country: No!
Age requirement: nothing but the Craftster requirement of AT LEAST 13

Swap Organizer himself/herself meets these conditions:
- Has fully read the Swap Info Guide: YES
- Has successfully completed two swaps as a participant: YES
- Is not or
ganizing more than three swaps right now: YES
- Will recruit a co-organizer or give all details to a Swap Moderator if this swap has more than 25 participants: YES

Swap Organizer will check each participant to make sure they meet these conditions:
- Has been a member for at least one month
- Has posted at least 15 times
- Has completed one swap successfully before signing up for multiple swaps at a time
- Is not currently signed up for more than five swaps
- Does not have any negative feedback
- Participant has agreed that he/she is at least 13 years old
- Whether participant lives in the United States
   - If yes, understands that Delivery Confirmation number is required for this swap
   - If no, understands that a mailing receipt copy is required for this swap

Details of Swap:
This swap is a combination of the multiple rounds of the Buy Nothing Swap (this would be #4), and the various "green" or "environmental" swaps that have taken place.
Basically: You craft items with supplies you already own. . . or non-supplies you already own. (Recycled, reclaimed, or reconstructed items welcome!). No new purchases for this swap!
If you want, you can also ask for items promoting the Buy Nothing or environmental movements.  
You will be asked to craft 2 mediums and a small for this swap, or the equivalent. If you would like to swap more, be sure to discuss with your partner first!
