*IMPORTANT PM INFO*: When sending PMs, please label them as OWS 43 with one of the following tags:

So when sending the questionnaire, the subject will read OWS 43 Approval. When notifying us about sending and receiving packages, add the corresponding tag. If you just have a general question, label it as that. This will keep things organized for us!
When sending a sent/received PM, please include the 'Send by' date so my craziness will stay at a minimum.

How This Swap Works:
Please READ CAREFULLY! This swap works differently than most!

Try to imagine a chain.  The first link is the first person whose wish list is on page 1 (Person A) - that will be the craftster member who was the very last wish list from Ongoing Wish Swap 42.

Now, we want to put another link in the chain.  People will read that list and see if there is something they want to/can make from the list.

Someone (Person B) will claim Person A for some item on their wish list.  They post a reply to the thread that says I claim Person A for [item].  This is my X claim (however many times they have picked someone for example, "this is my fourth wish, with one sent, and three received, (meaning that this is the fourth claim they've made, one is in transit to it's destination, and three of the items have been received by the people they previously claimed).  Also add your location, and any preferences or aversions I live in Wisconsin USA, I am a vegetarian, and I am allergic to wool.

IT'S REALLY IMPORTANT THAT YOU REPLY WITH YOUR STATUS WHEN YOU CLAIM SOMEONE!  This means you need to post who you are claiming and for what, how many claims you have made, including how many in transit and how many received, and your location/preferences/aversions.

Then comes the fun part!  After the introduction, Person B is the last link in the chain, and they post their wish list!!!  YOU CAN HAVE AS MANY ITEMS ON YOUR WISH LIST AS YOU WANT, HOWEVER YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF SIX.  THE MORE ITEMS YOU LIST, THE BETTER YOUR CHANCES OF BEING CLAIMED QUICKLY.

(Please have your list ready, this swap moves very quickly!  Please include your country at the start of your wish list). Person B will also PM Person A to get her address so they can mail the item when it is finished.

Along comes Person C, who claims Person B for something on their list and the chain is built, link by link.  (If Person C wanted to make Person B a purse AND a stuffie, that would still count as ONE WISH.)  Then they post their list, and so on.

When you want to make a claim, you can ONLY pick from the very last wish list in the chain.  You can't pick anyone else in the chain - you can only connect to the very end of the chain, which is that last wish list posted.

After you have made your claim, you need to PM that person for their address.

Friends of Craftster are allowed 3 wishes at one time, others are allowed 2 wishes.  If this is your first swap, you are only allowed one wish until your craft is received for this month.  Do not choose over your given limit.
If you already have one claim that will be sent out late, please don't claim again until that one is sent out.

Become a Friend of Craftster!  Go here: https://www.craftster.org/subscribe.php

If you are at your limit of wishes, you can choose again once one of your partners receives, NOT when you send.
***Do not claim someone unless you can fulfill that wish to a high caliber***

Let's keep the quality high here. I don't want to receive PMs with people concerned over the lack of quality of their items.  Please, just work your hardest to keep the bar high on the quality of items here!  Don't choose just for the sake of choosing; choose to make someone else a really AWESOME wish!

Now if the thread gets in a rut for a few days/hours, the person who made the last wish should add to their list if they can think of anything else, until someone decides to craft for them. Please make sure this is not you!

Unsure of where to find wish ideas?  Try the previous ongoing wish swap galleries or any other gallery on craftster.  Look through your fellow crafters wist lists.

( the medium can be a couple small items etc as long as it adds up to a medium )
( A medium item equals two hours of crafting time or 20$ worth of store bought items )

Please be communicative if you are having any issues. If you communicate you still need to send your item in a timely manner.  Communication does not mean you can send as late as you want.  After one week past the deadline you will have negative feedback.  This is only temporary as it will be changed back once you fulfill your obligation for late item(s).  Do not choose to craft an item if you do not think you can meet these deadlines.

I will be giving feedback in the following way:
-  great swapper: for those who follow all the rules
-  good/poor communication:  where applicable
-  sent late/early: where applicable
-  no dc number: failed to comply with the rule about using a delivery confirmation number for packages within your own country
- didn't post pictures: failed to post pictures of what they received without an adequate explanation to their partner
- did not follow item amount rule

Previous Swap Rounds:
If you are confused in any way by how this works, please look at some previous rounds:

sunspotted - Will be your organizer, in charge of your claims, your sends and your receives, and your approval.

SilverWing is up from the last round

A bit about me:

Allergies: none!
Colors: blue, black, silver, green, and any combo of those
Themes: I love anime and Japanese cultural themes, if you need any specifics, just ask.  I especially like kawaii stuff like Sanrio, San-X, Toki Doki, etc. ^^ I also love stars, and I love classy, elegant things, especially when it comes to jewelry.

Please, no political or religious items.  Im also not overly fond of skulls, and I dont like retro themes.

The List!
- Stenciled or graphic tote something cute, or anime themed (Nana would be awesome!)
- Fabric buckets or tubs for organizing similar to these:
http://flickr.com/photos/[email protected]/2433062060
- Swap notebook (for keeping track of all my swaps)
- Amy Butler Weekender Bag in blues or greens or black or silver (or some combo of those)
- A poppet!  Ive made some for loved ones, but I dont have one of my own yet!  ;_;
- a tera panda plushie
- Anything to help me organize my life and my crafts!
- hand knit socks
- A surprise!

Craft Supplies
- felting supplies or kit
- corset making supplies or kit
- bookbinding supplies
- a kit for making moccasins
- leather, any color, any size, although I especially need a large piece of black lambskin to fix a coat.
- polymer clay, metal clay, doll clay, liquid sculpy (Im trying to get more advanced in my poly-clay skills!)
- a resin kit
- rubber/clear stamps
- scrapbooking style punches
- vintage/old keys
- old watch parts or other steampunk type stuff
- acrylic airbrush paint, any color
- Mr. Superclear
-scrabble tiles
- sock yarn
- key themed scrapbooking things (stickers, brads, metal charms, etc)
- big vinyl wall dandylion like this:
- stamped metal heart necklace that says taken (I dont need the available side, though.

- Cute/kawaii jewelry (earrings or pendants, I dont wear bracelets) thanks missmuffcake!
- Work appropriate jewelry Im a graphic designer, but I work in a typical office setting. I have some cuter, funkier stuff, but not much that would really work for my office.
- a cute choker
- Japanese craft books
- Amy Butler bag patterns
- Japanese print fabrics
- Unique crochet patterns
- old issues of Art Doll Quarterly
- old issues of Artful Blogging
- old issues of Somerset Studio (any of their line of magazines)
- old issues of Gothic Lolita Bible
- a bias tape maker
- pinking sheers
- artsy photos or prints for decorating with
- old (1980's) My Little Ponies (ones that can either be restored or customized)
- This is random, but I put together anime garage kit figures.  Im always looking to take on abandoned or messed up kits or parts from kits if you happen to have any you wouldnt mind parthing with.  Doesnt matter which kit, or if its a cheaper cast.  My boyfriend also builds them, so if its not something I can use (which is unlikely, lol) he probably can.

And I love surprises!  Any item from my wist http://www.wists.com/SilverWing would be amazing! Also anything modeled after my favorite items made by other crafsters on my profile would be wonderful!

I claim silverwing for one copy of Scrap City from her wist because I have a copy lying around and don't need it anymore. I guess this would go under supplies and it's a medium because it's $24.95

It would be wonderful if the doll could have blond hair and blue eyes
-play silks, any size and colors would be great
-felt play food like bread slices and stuff to make sandwiches, a pizza set, or some fruits and veggies http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?ref=cat2_galley_18&listing_id=18352095
-Lacing cards would be wonderful! (These could be made of chip board or wood or another kind of sturdy material) http://williamsstore.com/market/images/L-2567.jpg
-large stringing beads
-dancing rings http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?ref=cat2_galley_7&listing_id=20367817

(I realize the firsthalf is heavily child related, waldorf crap is just so damn expensive!)

-a shrine/altered piece/art for my new home- I love red, hands, trees, turtles, crows, sunflowers, mexican folk art, religious symbols like the virgin de guadlupe, hindu gods, etc.
really anything related to this kind of stuff, I love surprises

-felted dryer balls http://www.howtomakedo.net/img/diy/dryerballs.jpg
-cotton produce bags https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=261828.0

-needle felting supplies (I would love to learn how)
-yarn, any kind, any color at all

Hi,  I am a 30 year old who loves crafts!  I living in Kentucky (USA).  I am a SAHM to 4 kiddos so I try to craft whenever I can.

My Favorites:  I love clean and simple designs and monochromatic items.

I like organic textures, fabrics, and colors (muted shades of blues, greens, browns and reds).  My favorite fabric types are linen, canvas, hemp in natural shades (oatmeal/unbleached colors).

I love trees, nature, botanical things.  Cherry blossoms are very pretty.  I also am diggin' matryoshka designs!

Check out my wists for examples of my style or for other crafts!  (Side note - the items with make at the beginning are the projects I want to do Smiley )

Decorative pillow cases for 18" pillows made with duponi silk in light blues/browns/creams - I have the pillows already.

a painting like this in earthy colors (blues, browns, cream) any size:

a purse/tote like any of these:

Felted, sweater, or tweed purse

Any like the ones from this seller:

modern looking pot holders - Cherry blossom ones would be cool or a botanical/nature theme.  This bird and brush would look great on there:

Felt pincushion with nature themes

Gocco or Linopress cards or notebooks in simple botanical themes

Seaglass bracelet

Turquoise necklace found here:

anything from my wists! - I have a lot of stuff on there - look around!

Hi there! I'm Mandy, I'm 26, and I live in Illinois, USA with my hubby and our cat. I adore anything vintage or vintage-inspired and like to pretend I'm a 50s housewife at the end of the day. Old-fashioned prints like gingham and polkadots and trims like ric rac and pompoms are my favorite. Check out my blog (link in my signature) for photos of my house. Hubs and I have been redoing the rooms one-by-one, and house stuff is always welcome and loved! My Craftster profile is full of likes and dislikes and I have a wist, so hopefully those will be helpful. Thanks so much for crafting for me!

My big wishes are the gardening-related ones at the top of the list. The inside of my house is getting nicely decorated, and now I want to start working on the outside! I cant wait until the snow is gone so I can start getting my veggies going.

--Gardening apron with tool pockets
--Plant markers for veggie garden
--A decorated bird house
--A cute weatherproof sign to hang on the fence near my garden
--A waterproof gardening cushion to kneel on
--Crocheted or knitted dishcloths to match my kitchen
--Small decorated wooden tray that I can use to serve tea or cookies
--A vintage-inspired full-length apron (I wear size XS)

--A pair of bird nest earrings like these, but with white pearls instead of pink: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?ref=sr_list_5&listing_id=20253870 (I had a pair and loved them to pieces but lost one! Wah!)
--Homemade soap, sugar scrub, lip balm, or lotion
--Roll-on or spray-on fragrance (I like lily, jasmine, citrus, rose, baked goods, coffee, peppermint, and fresh linen scents)
--A patchwork fabric basket like this in pretty spring colors: http://ayumills.blogspot.com/2008/05/tutorial-fabric-basket.html
