Ooh! First post!
This is not a sock bunny, but fun and bunny-related.

The pattern is by Jackie Erickson-Schweitzer, and is available here http://www.heartstringsfiberarts.com/bunny.shtm
It's a super fun pattern- just knit a square, and from there it's all creative stuffing and folding. The best part is pulling a bit of stuffing out of the bunny butt with a crochet hook for the 'cotton tail'. Note that I knit this using the 'old' ears pattern.

I have to go out and purchase a pair of black socks now so I can make a sock bunny that looks like my sweet bunny.

You know what I've been thinking? That knit bunny can be turned into a cat too. Just make triangular ears and a tail in the round.

I went and bought three white "soft as a baby's behind" yarn skeens. I want to do it in knit, but purl initials into the back of the bunny. Do you think that'd work??
