I've been feeling a certain lack of creative energy in my life since... well, for a really long time. So when I awoke today to find that I had absolutely nothing to do, I decided to change that unfortunate fact. I dug my beads and miscellaneous other supplies out of my dusty crafting boxes, and after a quick supply run to the local craft store, I made my first pairs of earrings since the last time I used my beads in junior high school ( Undecided).

The first pair didn't turn out like I wanted them, but they're still coolish. (Please forgive the awful image quality--the only camera I own is on my phone.)

The second and third pairs I <3 <3 <3! So simple, yet so pretty.

I didn't even realize that I had crafted a pair of G-clef earrings until I was reviewing the images. Obviously, the one shown in the pic above is backwards, but its mate is facing the right way for a G-clef.

And I discovered a really nifty and convenient way to keep hook earrings (if you have a spare, rarely-used window blind available):

I hope this means my creative juices are flowing again.

A dirty book is rarely dusty.

Oooo!  I love the clef note one the best!  Very subtle/pretty/feminine!

I love them but the Clef note is my favorite.  So pretty & unusual.

Simplicity is sometimes the best!  Those are wonderful.  I really like the swirly one with the blue beads Smiley

Your creative juices are flowing fine Smiley. I like your earrings a lot. Cannot choose between the second and the third pair...
