Ok, so I fell in love with the lolita style, and I'd like to make more complete outfits... Eventually. But for now, I'm molding the style the ways I like it most, so I made this skirt that was lolita inspired.

It's poofy kinda by itself, so I love it.

The bit of red is a pin that I made.

It says "Are You Suffering? EA The Asylm." Sorry it's blurry!
If you know Emilie Autumn, then you know the phrase. If you don't know her, check her out, she amazing.

The letters are hand embroidered. ^^ My first attempt. Um, so ugly green felt is beneath it to add support. With a saftey pin, to attatch it to whatever. ^^
Thanks for lookin. Wink

Very cute, and I think it's a great piece for transitioning into a Lolita wardrobe.

Yay for Emilie Autumn.
I wouldn't call the skirt lolita, because it is not long or poofy enough but it's really awesome anyways.

I agree that it's certainly not Lolita on its own, based on length or fullness, but it's a good start for something that's inspired by it. Smiley The applique is a nice touch.

I know it's not lolita. O.O It was inspired more or less by the style itself, which I'm so in love with^^
Thank you though for your comments! ^^
