Just not enough hours in the day to do craft

I made a santa doll back in 2001 or 2002.  Last year I decided that I  was going to give him new clothes but  I actually didn't get around to it until New Year's Day.  The colours used in his clothes are apple green, orange, burgandy, brown, copper and pale gold.  Very Autumn-y


Here is how he looks now.

Front.


Side.  You can't see it that well but he has a long pointy hood with a tassel on the end


I was inspired by a Katherine's Collection doll 'Arancio del Padre' pictured here

He looked nice before the change, but I think he looks more regal in the makeover. I love his new hat!
