Don't you just love it when your signifcant other says "yes, you can make this prettier!" ? Oh well i tried, maybe they're still  WIP, what do you guys think?

hehe, i found the celtic stencil thingy on the internet, so i printed it out (yes, ordinary printer paper) and then cut it out with a craft knife, and then sponged silver acrylic paint on to give it a slightly texturized feel:

and here's what i ended up with:

and all filled up with icky bills:

oooh, and the spraycan leaked so i hadta take a picture of that  Embarrassed:

and the photoframe with methinks needs a little something extra in the back, maybe a foam E or an elephant or tree silhouette, or maybe cordinating dragonflies. it's about 4.5"x4.5" and the elephants my father got from Sri Lanka. mmmm, will sit on that one a bit, but would appreciate some ideas:

and I couldn't bear to throw the stencil printer paper away, so i cut the shapes out for embellishing future projects  Smiley

I also can't decide whether or not I would like to border the organiser's edges with a dark chocolate to make it pop a little, but meh, not sure. the spray painting job's not perfect because i ran out, and didn't want to get another one.  Comments are always welcome  Smiley Thankyou for looking!

I'm one crazy broad!

I think a tree silhouette behind the elephants would look amazing, like they are traveling across the desert on safari or something.

Looking to trade, if i do something you like let me know.

Very cute. I think this is what IKEA should do for everyone, provide cheap basics for creative interpretation. I definitely vote for bordering in brown. I love those colors together.
