Thanks for the tute!  Here is my take on your purse.  I lined it and added pockets inside!  The fabric was a present from my MIL when she travelled to India.

Great job!

What would you get if you crossed a goat and a sheep?
An animal that eats tin cans and gives back steel wool.

I love love love totes, and I'd love to make my own! This is super cute and I'd like to see a how to! Really my gosh, I love it. You should sell this pattern. I want to make one. Everything is lovely in your bag, so delicate!

I made one too!

Great tutorial - though I made a few modifications to include a lining, inside pocket, and only used one strap.

I've never pleated anything until this project. :-)

Wow I can't believe this tutorial has been going around & inspiration so many people for so long to make this bag. There's so many different styles, smaller & bigger ones & all the colors & combinations, it's just wonderful. Some have use old jeans & sheets & other things to make this purse pattern. Mgenevieve you should be very proud, you have inspired & empowered a lot of women because of your purse pattern, Thank you so very much. And yes I'll be making your purse pattern soon. Thanks everyone, It's an honor to be part of something so timeless & inspiring like Craftsters. Thanks, Cheesy
