I have a tissue paper obsession and it was all started with these lanterns. I was inspired by the many colours of tissue paper I had lying around. The black is just bristol board which i cut the different shapes out of. I glued on the tissue paper on the back side and I rolled it up to make the cylindrical shape. I made a wire base to keep the shape and I also made a small tea light candle holder. The handle is also just braided wire.

This is my first craftster post so I hope you enjoy and thanks for looking!  Cheesy

those are super cool! Like home made stained glass windows. When you put the light in them, does it have a color effect on the walls? would be neat to see if you put shape cut outs in it.
